Dozens of local vendors are literally popping up all over the SouthCoast. While you might find them at a weekend farmers market or craft fair, their primary point of sale is usually Instagram.

Many of these pop-up vendors offer a curated menu and an ordering window where once things sell out, that’s it! Let’s take a look at just some of these vendors and what they’re constantly selling out of.

Lots of pop-up vendors offer baked goods and desserts, and they usually sell out quickly. You’ve probably seen them popping up even more lately with the sweetest of holidays just around the corner. You’ll have to act fast if you’re going to surprise your sweetheart with a bouquet of sweets!

From Scratch Cakes

You’ve got to be quick to score some sweet treats from From Scratch Cakes. Weekly pop-ups with an evolving menu and exclusive drops, this is an account you need to make sure you’re getting notifications for every post.

Lauren’s Sweet Apples offers caramel- and chocolate-covered apples with nearly any topping you can imagine. You can order via DM for pickup or swing by Rescue Cafe where apples are often available.

If you’re looking for an ooey, gooey cookie fix, there are plenty of purveyors to choose from. Clifford Street Cookie Co. and Dora’s Dough are your go-to cookie accounts in the New Bedford area.

Truffles by D

For pure indulgence, head over to Truffles by D and check out her delectable truffle treats. Keep an eye out for weekly drops, like bananas foster, strawberry cheesecake, and fudge-filled truffles featuring fudge from What the Fudge, another pop-up based out of Fall River.

There’s more than just sweet treats up for grabs by local vendors. There are plenty of smokey, savory, and sippable goodies just a DM away!

Hankering for some backyard barbecue? Look no further than 508 Smokehouse. With limited quantities featuring all the fixings, you’ll need to act fast to reserve your spot once the meat’s pulled off the smoker.

Rustic Board Grazing Co.

Rustic Board Grazing Co. doesn’t just offer custom charcuterie boards and grazing tables, but you can schedule an in-home workshop for a unique gathering with friends, family, or coworkers. Don’t forget to ask about available wine tastings and cheese pairings!

Finally, after hunting down all of these tasty drops, you’re likely in need of a pick-me-up. Look no further than a Union Java Nor’Eastah, a super-charged coffee drink, unlike any others you may have tried before! Place your orders for this “wicked good coffee” via DM or check out the cooler at Rescue Cafe where pints are usually available. You can also find Union Java at Black Tie Cookies on Saturday, Feb. 10 for an exclusive coffee and cookie pop-up event!

This is by no means an exhaustive list, especially with more and more vendors popping up by the day. Let me know your favorite pop-up vendor in the comments below or shoot me a message. I’d love to try them all!
